Kemacos PET Plant - new variety all along the line
In October 2011 Kemacos extended its service portfolio and offers now with the new stretch blow moulder the possibility to produce, fill and package PET bottles – on one single production line.
With a production capacity of 8.000 bottles per hour the new production plant can blow transparent, coloured & multi-coloured preforms to bottles with a diameter of 40-90mm and a height of 100-300mm. The finished PET bottles can be filled at 24 filling stations and labeled inline – everything from wrap-around labels, front and back labels to head seal labels is possible. With an investment volume of 1.5 million euro the PET plant for liquids offers numerous advantages for the customers: cost savings, reduced lead time, reduction of capital lockup and environmentally friendly production, to name but a view. Since October 2011 the first oral care projects have been started on the modern plant, which meets the highest quality standards.
